Fergie Wants More Frequent Train Young Players

Manchester - Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, have trouble developing young players. Therefore, he requested more time for the FA to train the boy.

Fergie mentioned this after his team defeated Barcelona in the Champions League. He saw the Azulgrana can be so strong in recent years due to La Masia academy they never cease to spawn new talent. Fergie wants Manchester United's academy players can re-produce big. For that, he asked for more time to educate young players.

FA rules and regulations that limit the team in training young players. Each team is given only a half hour a day to train the academy players. In Spain, there is no such law. "We were only allowed to train young players for one half hour, but they (Barcelona) to train every hour in one day if they want," complained on SkySports Fergie.
"That is a big advantage that they have and they have a fantastic philosophy," added the Scottish manager. "We hope that in the next few years our coach will be able to spend more time with young players, to train them the basics, technical skills, and confidence to keep the ball all the time," he said.

"We're good at it, but not as good as Barca at the moment. This is a big challenge. We must always accept the challenge," completed 69 years this man.
